What Quit21 is

Quit21 is a behavioral support and self-tracking tool to help you quit smoking or vaping and remain smoke-free. It is educational and behavioral in nature.

Quit21 is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any medical condition, and it does not prescribe or recommend specific medication. See the Medical Disclaimer.

Licence

Subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Quit21 on Apple devices you own or control.

Purchase

Quit21 is sold as a one-time paid download at the price shown on the App Store; there is no subscription and no additional in-app purchase. Your payment is processed entirely by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No medical advice

Nothing in Quit21 is medical advice. Health information in the app reflects general, publicly available population-level guidance and is not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation, including before starting or stopping any medication.

Not for emergencies

Quit21 is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or a mental health crisis, contact your local emergency number or an appropriate crisis service immediately.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its content.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of purchase, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights you may have.
